Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: Hello my name is leon croxford, I’m 17 years old from Greater London UK. There’s not really that much about me other than I go out as much as I can and do college work (or at least try) in all other available times of the day. I will just give you my bio which pretty much sums me up “FELLA 101”. I’m joking I’m pretty much the opposite of a fella but maybe you can tell a little bit about me from that. Also these views I’m probably going to express are not the right views they are the best ones. Once again joking I’m not that vain but do think about what I have to say because it has made me a lot happier and hopefully can make someone else feel the same.

What Inspires You Every day? : How can I say this without being cringey… I mean my main form of inspiration is honestly from my friends and family they have helped me with so many things and I’m so lucky to have them. I’m very introverted on the inside so I find it hard to maintain bonds with people and I can very often feel overwhelmed from close connections. The reason I’ve said this is my friends and my family have never given up on trying with me regardless of how much I retract and being completely honest that inspires me everyday to try and make them proud. That’s was soppy but I do love them.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: I have and always will live by 2 simple words, an ideology that has shaped my whole life: optimistic nihilism. In simple form this structure of life is souly about the realisation that in the grand schemes of things our life’s have no purpose other than to reproduce and pass on our genes yet with that knowledge and understanding we are given one chance to make those small amount of years we are alive into the best ones. I was introduced into this idea when I watched a video on YouTube about it and would highly recommend you watch it yourself it’s simply called “optimistic nihilism” and it is by kurzgesagt.

What is your ultimate goal in life? : Once again this may be soppy but my ultimate goal is to be able to, on my death bed, look back at my life and smile knowing I have made it the best I can. That’s it really I see my life as a journey and I don’t care what the the path looks like and how long it takes as long as that’s my destination; to be truly happy with my self by the end of it.

What is a positive message you would like to give others? : This is to whoever needs to hear it. Life is short don’t waste it you have been given the ability to explore and experience things no other species can with an intelligent understanding of the world we live in. Your life doesn’t matter to the timeline of the universe because it’s such a small fragment of time however, it’s your fragment so why not make it the best one? Your life might not mean anything to the universe but it means something to you. Its your own little pocket of time that will forever be yours so make it count.

What questions would you like to ask others?: I don’t really have any questions because you probably have no idea who I am but I will leave you with this: what are you going to do or what have you done today that will bring you happiness in the future?
