What are your thoughts on people who seek attention on social media, and what message would you like to give them? : I think they are unloved and they shouldn’t let people’s opinions deter them because people on the internet mostly have a facade on

How would you help people around the world who are going through mental health problems? :
– Avoid asking “Why do you want to kill yourself” or “why are you depressed”. Why is a terrible word and blocks communication.

-Genuinely listen to them and what they have to say. Sometimes people just bottle in too much and have no-one to talk to. Speak less

-I won’t give any sort of false assurance like ” life will get better because life will not.

-I will let them know I’m proud of them and I understand and they are doing their best

-Suggest coping mechanisms

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: I’m an aspiring model and photographer I draw pretty well too I’m available for travel for jobs I like meeting new people and I’ve been told I’m pretty easy to work with
