Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: LeVi has always has always had one goal~to join her peers in the music business.

She grew up in Ithaca, a south central New York college town
where she studied violin and voice as a kid. Now she sings, raps, writes,
engineers and produces her vocals.

She picked the stage name Levi when she saw it in the Bible and her middle name is Lee,
so she made an agreement with Levi’s Strauss & Co in order to use the name legally*.
The gender of the name did not bother her.

While on her grind in NYC, she was awarded a UMA- Underground Music Award -for
Most Original Female Solo Artist, and was nominated twice for Best Female Rapper.
LeVi sang theme songs for DJ Thoro (Raekwon, 50 Cent, and Cassidy’s tour DJ), which he played on SXM Shade 45 repeatedly. She was also heard on his mixtapes. After that, she got the opportunity to sing lead live with Teflon and Idriys of the M.O.P. 1st family on an MTV tour. She’s also super proud to have had 4 of her songs played in NBA arenas.

Her last single “My Ride” was produced by Grammy nominated Baby Paul/BpZy.
“My Ride” has gotten spins and support from amazing DJs like DJ Thoro, DJ Chubby Chub and Technician the DJ ~all supremely skilled and well known DJs.

Her newest song “Epic Collaboration” features the ever-
relevant legendary Hip Hop pioneer Grandmaster Caz.

In exchange for dropping the Trademark “LEVI” and agreeing to never write the name Levi on clothing nor accessories, Levi’s Strauss & Co. agreed to never say that LeVi is infringing on any of their trademarks, and that she has the right to use the stage name LEVI on cds and live performances, in all media throughout the world.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: Don’t be like Trump.

What is your ultimate goal in life? : To join my peers in music.

What are your thoughts on people who seek attention on social media, and what message would you like to give them? : I think people like attention to different degrees.
I would say how you present yourself on social media
determines whose attention you get.

How would you help people around the world who are going through mental health problems? : I would suggest that they always take their medication.

How would you describe a better world for us all? : No more Putin.

I hope for huge steps to prevent climate change from ruining the earth.

Also, if we were all accepted by all other people, then maybe people would feel like being nicer to each other.

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: My life is getting better and better.
