Tell about yourself, your background?

Well, for starters, my name is Lauren and I’m an aspiring actress! I’ve been actively pursuing a career in film since age 13. I’ve had a lot of weird jobs along the way. There was a solid year where I was a hand model on the home shopping network, I’ve also been a radio host, and of course I’ve done my fair share of production assistant work. As long as I’m working on something creative, I’m happy.

What are your passions you are currently working on?

Currently, I am working on a few short films and one feature film. I also just finished shooting a music video with NF. 2023 has already been filled with a lot of opportunity for me. I feel a lot of gratitude for that and am actively embracing my busy season. I refuse to turn down any projects that I audition for. The word “no” does not exist in my vocabulary at the moment. I am not too good for any projects that have been sent my way. I want to work and I intend on doing so.

What goals do you have for yourself over the next coming years(1- 5 years)?

If in the next 5 years I don’t at least have en Emmy nomination I’ll be a lil pissed off. (Jokes) I really just want to do what I love for work. I don’t have any major goals for my career – I just want to be a working actor.

What are some words of wisdom you live by everyday?

My dad, who unfortunately passed away last year use to say “people may not remember your name but they will always remember how you treat them” he 100% stole this quote from Maya Angelou but hey, they’re pretty wise words.

What change or difference would you like to make in the world?

I think the best part of being a performer is how much of an impact you can have on other peoples lives. I hope I can bring more laughter, more love, more kindness to our world. I also want to make everyone around me feel important because at the end of the day, if you aren’t making a positive impact than what the fuck are you doing?

What else would you like to share to people in the world?

It’s cheesy, but never give up. Don’t settle for a mediocre life. Our lives have expiration dates, don’t waste yours playing by the rules. Have some fun. Chase your dreams. Be yourself.
