Traits and qualities I would say describe are funny, outgoing, kind, thoughtful, understanding and skeptical. These are all traits others have told me I was, and I don’t disagree with them. I always try to keep a bright mood for me and others around. I always try to be understanding of people’s thoughts and feelings, seeing both sides of a story is key. 6. What are some struggles you’ve faced in life and how did you overcome them?
I’ve faced a good few struggles and it what really affected me the most was when quarantine started, and I think a lot of people can level with me on that. I lost lots of confidence, and it’s like I forgot how to socialize with others. I suffered from anxiety and depression. I was a really social guy, but quarantine really killed that all. Anxiety and depression is no joke and I wish I took it seriously at the time, but as I learned and accepted, I found ways to help. I communicated with others, my loved ones and my close friends. Breathing techniques were also very helpful to my anxiety whenever I felt very anxious, it calmed me a lot. Trying my best to keep a good mindset and waking up every day and telling myself today will be a good day and everything will be okay, also helped me a bunch.
7. What are some questions you would like to ask other people around the world?–
