Introduce yourself and tell a bit about who you are?

I’m Chris B, Producer, Engineer & Musician from Athens, Al. I’m The youngest of 16 kids. I believe in God, and thank him every day for this life and for a very supported family and some close friends. Rest in peace to my mother and father and for their great parenting. 

So you’re a producer and engineer, what has your experience been like for you, and what inspired you to get into it? 

I started out as  a guitarist for my family gospel group, The Family of Tribes. We started recording albums, I was just singing background then. But the more I would go to the studio to sing. I started wanting my own studio and wanting to learn about it. So I did just that and went to school for music production. 

What has it been like producing for major networks, I see in your profile you’ve done alot of work for some notable brands? 

It feels great to hear your own creativity on a Commercial/Television for a major company. Sometimes it still feels unreal to me. To be able to work some artists and companies I’ve worked with in the industry so far has been crazy to me. It’s dream come true.

 What was your most favorite project you were involved in?

I just finished up working in the studio with Kirk Franklin, it was dope. The Carrie Underwood project was cool as well, but the list goes on.

 What were some struggles you faced in life and how did you overcome those struggles to be where you are now?

Well, I grew up in church and my mom was super strict on us. But somehow I took a detour to street life for a min. I struggled for a while doing crazy stuff until my mom passed. Then I realized I need to make a change. My girlfriend at that time push me to go to Full Sail University for music production. So I did and then graduated  things were a little slow but soon changed. I started interning at a studio in Nashville and from there things took off, have been up since. Thanks to the most high.

 What is a positive message you’d like to share with people around the world? 

No matter how hard life gets. Trust in God and stay focus and go hard on your goals in life. Stay consistent, humble, and you can make your dreams Reality. 

What is one way you’d like to make an impact in society?

Trust God always, Stay Positive at all times, don’t let  Jealousy, Envy, or Hate run your life. Blessings to all..
