Introduce yourself(tell about yourself & who you are)

My name is Jet Rogers I was born in West Virginia but grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina I started making music in the 10th grade with some friends after high school and I haven’t looked back

What inspired you to get into music?

My family really they always had music blasting or instruments in the house so that was my first impression and my cousin grew up with JK The Reaper so growing up seeing him come out of Greensboro really gave me the push to jump off the porch and make my own sound

What is your favorite part of being a musician artist?

My favorite thing about being a artist is inspiring people to go after their dreams

What are some words of wisdom you live by everyday?

Function forward and control what you can. It’s easy to get stuck on a situation or the past, you have to remain blessed and grateful for another day to learn for mistakes

What are your thoughts with all the gun violence going on in America and how do you feel you can make an impact with stopping some violence in our world?

Honestly, it’s very disappointing hearing about all these deaths. The shooting don’t surprise sadly, generation has sadly come accustomed to it. It’s really wild how normal it’s becoming I pray for all the families that have suffered from these acts, hope real change comes sooner than later

What are you struggles you faced growing up and how did you overcome it?

I gotta S/O my mother fr she’s the greatest. I never had to worry she really took care of me. Growing up just seeing her work hard and provide for us was all the motivation I needed she took care of me it’s a must a return the favor

What are some upcoming projects you have coming out?

I just dropped a tape in April called Jet fest so I been promoting that might drop a ep this summer

I’d like to tell people I’m just like them I like to be out the way hanging with friends eating some good food I love classic movies and shows and that I’m here if you need someone to listen
