Introduce yourself, who are you, what is it you do, etc?

My Name is Timo Sheard, I’m a Filmmaker/Music Video Director, currently I’m working on Blueface’s Reality Show “BlueGirls Club” Season 4

What inspired you to become a director for film & music?

When I was 7 years old I just knew I wanted to make films, I got editing software and a camera for Christmas when I was 10 and started filming everything including music videos and short films with my sisters and friends

What challenges did you face to start your career as a director, and how did you overcome it?

The hardest part was trying to convince the people around me to believe in my vision, a big percentage of people will tell you that you cannot do something if they believe they can’t do it themselves. It forces me to isolate myself for others to stay focused, I overcame it by going to school to study Business and Filmmaking that put me around like-minded people like myself

What is one of your best projects you got involved in, and what was the experience like?

I like all the projects I do but as of right now, this one is the best because I’m staying in Blueface’s Mansions for a month filming a show, it’s drama within the cast, a lot of work but fun for the crew

What message would you like to give to others who want to pursue the same career path as you?

Learn everything you can about your craft, never stop learning, they say it’s not what you know but who you know, I say, it doesn’t matter who you know if you’re not qualified to do the job

What are your goals for the next 2-5 years?

Completing a Netflix/Hulu style series, hopefully a number of them and becoming an established Television Producer
