Savannah Piccini: I think that a lot of times life throws us curveballs and our reactions are not always what we hope they’ll be, but overall people are intricate and want good for others.

Introduce Yourself: My name is Savannah and I’m a Sophomore in college. I love being active! I’m on the club soccer team and I also just joined a national service sorority. On top of all of that, I have a part time job. I believe staying busy is a good thing but that we all should make time to give back to others around us.

Thoughts On People In The World?: I believe that all people want good things in their lives. I think that a lot of times life throws us curveballs and our reactions are not always what we hope they’ll be, but overall people are intricate and want good for others.

What are your inspirations & goals?: My goal is to graduate with a degree in Speech Pathology and to become bilingual. I want this career because it is both challenging academically and rewarding work. I want to be able to help as many people as I can and that is why I want to be bilingual.

How would you impact the world?: I would impact the world by doing mission trips and volunteering as a speech pathologist.

Anything else you wanna say to people in the world? : In our communities people need to support each other. In everyday life, whether you’re at work, school, anywhere, we need to treat each other better. Smile at random people, hold the door for strangers, say good morning, and most importantly: tell the people you love that you love them. Be grounded in yourself and have confidence that you have power within that no one can take away.
