Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: Good afternoon everybody (laughing) I am a 22 years old African girl, I was born in Congo-Brazzaville, and I am for now located in France.

But I am planning to move out in another country or whenever God leads me.
Oh ! actually I am a chemistry college graduated giiiiirrrrrl haha that was hard, that was hard (laughing) but I did it praise be to God!

Huh what else can I tell you.. I am also a very spiritual person, I always live by faith and definitely always looking for self-improvement.

I am always letting God lead even if sometimes I face certain situations where I feel just distraught and, that leads me in some type of blur that blinds my eyes, my feelings, my everything haha and makes me made some mistakes I didn’t wanted to make or that I could have avoided but whatever.

And I am an overthinking girl too haha I always look for deeper answer and analyse the situation I was confronted to, to know why I did that, why I was feeling some type of way, why why why till I get the answer.
that’s all!

What Inspires You Every day? : Actually I live by purpose, I fix myself some goal anytime I feel it’s necessary and work hard for it till I get it! Some goals may takes more times than others, and sometimes my determination decrease a little bit, but regardless of the time and the struggle it might takes I always try to make it happen.

Even if that’s needs me to wait or to take another path.
I always try harder and let God take care of the rest.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: Woo that’s actually a great question! You asked!

Well imma say, hmm, To not be distracted by others achievements around you! What’s matter is you.
I know, that sound a little bit selfish but you are an individual first, so all you’re focus needs to be in you’re life.

Am telling you that, cause I feel like we live in a society where comparaison is always there… you gone be compared to you’re neighbours, you’re siblings by you’re family, you’re colleagues at work by you’re boss, some unknown people some gone doing fine than you in television etc..
And that’s gonna make you rush you’re time or making you doing things that in your inner self you don’t really want.

So you need to always refocus to not get depressed or unnecessarily sad, because you see people you’re age or younger than you get what you want before you.

I mean sometimes you think that y’all are living the same life.. because you’re the same age.. but that’s not true! You’re definitely not leaving the same live!
At all.

You are not leaving in the same environment, don’t share the same pain, the same goal, the same difficulty in front of certain situations, so you’re life is you’re life and definitely not others life! that’s why you need to know yourself well, before anything else.

Know how you react in front of certain things, if the reaction is necessary or exaggerated, or created by some past memories.
Know how you feel and why you feel like that etc.

So my final thought about this is feel good and be you’re TRUE self in an environment you feel great enough before bringing people into it and share you’re life with them.
And believe me you gon be surprised about how you can handle certain things when you well know yourself.

What is your ultimate goal in life? : Well Jeremy, actually my goal is not some superficial things I need and I want sometimes deeper for my human self (laughing).

I wanna be a completely fulfilled woman, in every area of my life.
To be passionate about everything I do, to be and feel at peace every morning I wake up.
To look at my life and having no regrets hum yeah

What are your thoughts on people who seek attention on social media, and what message would you like to give them? : « Who seek attention? » not everyone seek attention on social media.
Some just wanna get the money that’s under there.

But hum, if the goal is toxic, and makes you forget your values ​​and your principles, your dignity that’s where there’s is a problem.

So my message is that, do whenever you wanna do on social media, get the money that’s over there, but don’t forget that this is internet, it’s virtual, think twice before posting something, ask you’re entourage if you’re not sure about a post and don’t do something over there that you wouldn’t do in real life or will regret it after.

How would you help people around the world who are going through mental health problems? : Hum I wanna tell them, to, even if they don’t wanna ask for help sometimes to make the afford you accept it.
An outstretched hand must be grabbed, and let them know that we know that this is not they fault, we understand it, and that we gon do our best to be with them whatever the circumstances.

How would you describe a better world for us all? : A better world for us all, for me will be a world where we can communicate with each other and actually the more important things is to Listen and ACCEPTANCES is the key for me.
I really believe it, we need to understand and accepte that our neighbours don’t share the same opinions than us and to not force them to change or to think, or to be the same that we are.

And I believe that if we understand that and make this effort the World will be better for all of us.
