Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: Well, My name is Dellonna Marie I’m 23 years wiser and I reside in Georgia. I began my self development journey when I was 20 due to the circumstances that I’d been put in. Since an adolescence, I’ve suffered with PTSD, depression and anxiety while still battling with health issues as well. At some point, I’d gotten tired of being the product of my environment and started looking for more natural ways to heal myself and spread the knowledge to those who share the same interests as me. I started off being a peer mediator when I was 12 and I’ve pursued this every since. Now, I’m looking back at the hardships I’ve been through and knowing the things I had to endure to get back on track with my true purpose, it pushes me to go harder. Throughout these past 2 years, I’ve dedicated my life, my personal stories and my time to the public because I want them to see what it’s like being a brown girl living in todays society with the issues I have.

What Inspires You Every day? : Waking up everyday knowing that I to do the best that I can with what I have is what inspires me. When I see others who look me, get up and put forth an honest effort to living out their dreams and helping others while doing so; that inspires me the most.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: Oh goodness. It’s plenty for me if we’re being honest. I listen to a lot of motivational speakers, philosophers, and world thought leaders so this is actually a tough question. I’d say that my favorite quote of wisdom to live by is “The first and greatest victory is to conquer yourself; to be conquered by yourself is of all things most shameful and vile”. -Plato

What is your ultimate goal in life? : My ultimate goal on life to help individuals understand things on a deeper concept to form the reality in which they want to control. That is my only selfish goal. If I can help 2 people a day accomplish a hard task, I am satisfied but not content.

What are your thoughts on people who seek attention on social media, and what message would you like to give them? : Understanding. We have no clue on what angle or goal they are trying to reach on their behalf. So instead, I try to look at things from different pov’s before I step into judgement. I think that’s our problem in society. We are quick to think and speak on one another instead of understanding and deciding if we should chose to have that person in our life or on our social platforms for all that matter. Forms of expression shows in different ways so I can’t say much at all but to reach out if I feel they need help.

How would you help people around the world who are going through mental health problems? : I’d simply show them the ropes to learning self awareness. That’s where it all starts. Getting to decipher the key masteries of one’s mind and their triggers/ traumas goes a long way; more than we think.

How would you describe a better world for us all? : Once we realize the powers that we hold as individuals, we could move forward with a lot. There are rules in place and restrictions because we don’t necessarily know this. As a collective, if everyone knew their boundaries and the positions they need to play, I don’t think a lot of what’s going on in the world would be happening. We need more community support, leaders, healers, herbalists, farmers, etc. Technology can only do its part for so long.

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: I live, and I live it freely. I know that whatever I desire, it’s already mine. I’m focusing on building a platform for other like-minded entrepreneurs or even upcoming entrepreneurs in the industry looking to expand their knowledge. I’m all for giving a helping when it’s needed. Live out loud, tf!
