Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: My name is Tilishia(everybody knows me by Nikki) and I’m 28 years old. I’m a mother of 4, a wife to the most amazing man ever and I’m a self taught mua/entrepreneur. I live in a small town in Georgia where I currently work at a local grocery store. My dream is to become a worldwide makeup artist and sit along side of some the greatest in the game and I know with that comes a lot of persistence and consistency. So be on the lookout because my name will soon be in lights!

What Inspires You Every day? : Things that inspire me everyday are definitely my kids and family. They see how much time and effort I put into making my makeup artistry a reality, when I do something I put my all into. Also seeing some of the influencers I follow that once started off with just a few products and an iPhone and now becoming one of the biggest names to hear about is where I want to be.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: There’s so many that I live by but I recently ran across a post from one of my favorite influencers(AaliyahJay) and she said, “It was either one day or day one.” And that really stuck with me because I always ask myself, “if not today when?”

What is your ultimate goal in life? : My ultimate goal in life is to be happy and living and not just BEING!

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : Honestly all over the place, some days I’m good and some days I’m not. It hasn’t affected me too much because I’m still able to work and provide for family but it’s all about finding balance through all of this. We just have to stay safe and get through it.

What is a message you would like to give others? : Stay true to yourself and do what makes you happy! Never let people try to change you into something you’re not because of what they want you to be!
