Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: My name is Jeremiah but I go by Jer. I’m a freshman at Grand Valley State University studying computer science. I’m an aspiring writer and innovator.

What Inspires You Every day? : My mom inspires me the most. My mom has multiple sclerosis which weakens her muscles. My mom still pushes herself everyday to be the most productive version of herself. It is truly an amazing feat because I know how weak her body can get. It truly makes me wanna be better and pushes me to complete my own goals.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: Do on others as you would want others to do to you.

What is your ultimate goal in life? : Create or help create a software that levels the playing field for people with disabilities no matter how suffer the disability is.

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : I been up and down in pandemic. I have found love in the pandemic which has truly been amazing. I have attempted suicide in the pandemic. It has truly been a test of my character. It has open my eyes to working on myself. I have always been a selfless person but I know that I also have to give myself some time.

What is a message you would like to give others? : Don’t be afraid to mess up. We’re imperfect beings so the attempt to be perfect will always end in misery. You do not have just one purpose in this life. You have multiple purposes because the universe did not create you to be one dimensional. Be great in every way that you can be.

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: I’m a complex but simple being. I just want love. That’s all. A lot that love has to come from within though
