Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: I’m Heath aka FarmHand aka Mr Shod, I’m 24 from the Small town of Dublin, VA

What Inspires You Every day? : The people that constantly in my life rather it be my friends or family because they give me nothing but positivity and also just seeing the beauty of the world and what it has to offer

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: I have 2

Can you make someone laugh today?
Just simply bringing joy in someone’s day can make their quality of life so much and make them forget the struggles if any that they’re facing

If you’re not nervous, are you really living?
This was big in my life personally, anything from something adventurous to just giving a speech in class, when you want to do good or take that next step, you get those butterflies and that excitement

What is your ultimate goal in life? : Continuing to grow and make people happy cause even if I don’t know their story or their struggles giving them some positivity can go a long way

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : As far as work, its had no effect cause as a farmer I’m deemed as an essential worker, but it did affect my interactions with the people I knew both positive and negative. Positive being I spent more time with my family and Negative being that I couldn’t see my friends much or do any of the activities or hobbies I like to do

What is a message you would like to give others? : Pretty much find what makes you You. Even if it’s not “trending” or “cool”. If you can find who you are then you found the real you. And that will go a long way in finding happiness and great quality of life

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: Well the reason why I care so much about others is that it pretty much started when I was born. I was born with a birth defect in my throat that eventually grew out and at 3 I was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome. I had to jump through some hoops and I had to struggle some in my life. With that in mind, I think if that person had to go through something a lot harder then what I went through. Giving them that positivity makes them feel better about themselves and it makes them better people
