Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: i’m still a student, live in switzerland and sing/play the guitar in my free time. i love going on walks and traveling and i’m usually an outgoing person. i’m always there to give advice and i always got an open ear. oh, and i’m passionate about skincare!

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: God would never put you into a situation you can’t handle

What is your ultimate goal in life? : to be able to do music for a living, get a psychology degree and have a partner who i can share my life with

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : in the beginning isolation was very hard for me, especially since i couldn’t escape my emotionally abusive family. i had to start therapy after too, since it was too much to handle alone. i also missed seeing my friends and couldn’t attend any public events that i was excited to go to in summer. i instead had a summer job which was nice, since i got to work with many people and the mask didn’t really bother me. now, about a year later, i still miss the normality of the world but i try my best to protect myself and others from the virus and make the best out of my situation by staying home or going on walks with my friends (socially distanced and with a mask). the pandemic affected my education a bit, especially in lockdown since i couldn’t properly concentrate with my family at home, plus they didn’t count my last semester and chose not to grade it, which affected my search for apprenticeships. it all turned out well in the end and i’m thankful for that.

What is a message you would like to give others? : no matter how hopeless your situation seems, everything will work out in a way. even if it’s very unpleasant, in 20 years you’ll be thankful that certain things happened.

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: my faith really helped me through this whole time so maybe believing in something will help you too.
