Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: Hi! My name is Kirsten! I am a triplet with two brothers. We were born in Huntsville, AL and spent our teenage years living in Costa Rica. I went to college near Chattanooga, TN and graduated from Lee University with a B.A. in Music- Vocals. Once I graduated I started working as a Museum Guide at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. During this time I was accepted as a Flight Attendant for Delta and was supposed to start training in March of 2020 (which obviously didn’t happen). After that I moved to Atlanta and started pursing a career in an industry that had always captivated me… The film industry! Currently I am working as a production assistant for a major company.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: If you do it confidently, you can pull off anything.
What is your ultimate goal in life? : To be happy and fulfilled. To make a difference in the world.
How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : As I mentioned, I was supposed to starting my training to be a flight attendant when the stay at home order hit. Training was postponed and my job at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center was put on hold as well. I was out of a job for a couple of months which allowed me the time to refocus and shift my vision. I was able to assess my goals, dreams and desires and consciously work towards those goals. I tried to learn new things by reading books, listening to podcasts, taking courses and earning certifications. I was also able to strengthen relationships with friends and family. Unfortunately, my brothers live in different states and my parents live in a different country so I was unable to visit them, but I am very grateful for technology and our weekly video calls.
What is a positive message you would like to give others? : Dream, create goals and critically think about what you want. Then, continually and consciously keep checking in on those dreams and goals. Never stop learning and growing.
What questions would you like to ask others?: If you could achieve something regardless of external factors (finances, plausibility, current situation, etc.) what would it be? How can you start working now to achieve those things? What is holding you back? How can you make that blockade smaller or less significant?
