Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: I love to write poetry I started when I was about 8, it allows me to reflect and get to the core of what I’m truly feeling. Whenever I’m in a deep emotional state whether happy , sad, excited, hurt, etc. singing and listening to music always makes me feel understood. My favorite books to read are auto biographies because I get to step outside of myself and see how other people grew up I can appreciate their lessons. Therefore, I can apply them to my own life and have new perspective and empathy.

What Inspires You Every day? : My aspiration to have a better life and break the cycles of trauma inspire me.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: No matter what happens in life you gotta brush it off and say so what, because in this life we are all hurting take your moment then pick yourself back up. At the end of the day you gotta live with yourself 24/7 so chose to acknowledge your pain without letting it control you in order to keep your peace.

What is your ultimate goal in life? : I wanna be able to embrace my divine femininity and find true happiness. Everything else will fall into place.

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : I’ve been through an array of emotions this year, the pandemic really made me sit down and evaluate myself.

What is a positive message you would like to give others? : Talk to yourself with the same kindness and compassion you would give to someone else.

What questions would you like to ask others?: What moment in your life had the heaviest influence on you who you are today?
