Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: Well I am a 22 y/o South African , I have always been passionate about photography, I previously worked in the logistics industry for a year and a half and I gained plenty of experience. I left my job to start a photography business which handles corporate events and portraits with my dad.
What Inspires You Every day? : What inspires me is seeing my dad get up everyday even though we have been through a really tough 10 years, especially this year which has been quite unpleasant , just seeing him and my sister carry on is really inspiring for me.
What is some words of wisdom you live by?: The one which always sticks out to me is “The world doesn’t owe you anything” Which is quite powerful, as you cannot wait for the world to offer all life’s opportunities on a platter. It is up to us to go out there and get the platter ourselves which is really terrifying but it is far better than sitting around just waiting.
What is your ultimate goal in life? : My ultimate life goal is to be as empathetic as I can towards people and to be content with where I am in my life , whether I am a successful photographer or a person that is happy and content where he currently is.
How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : We have been ok during the pandemic , trying to get work with the pandemic going around is really tough , as not many people have money for photographers or don’t want to be near strangers which we completely agree with as we should still take care and be safe while it is still on going.
What is a positive message you would like to give others? : Live life as full as you can. I know from personal experience how short life can be. So spend time with family and friends as once an opportunity goes past it is really tough to get that back. So enjoy life and take any opportunities you can and Love, Love is key in anything we do in this life.
What questions would you like to ask others?: How do you keep your creativity going ?
What is your daily routine, if you have one?
