Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: Hello everyone! I am Yash Goyal and I am currently in my second year of an automotive design college. It has been my dream to learn about cars and transportation design since I was in middle shool. Initally it was hard to achieve this dream because I was really poor with my academics and this dream almost shattered when my family said they wouldn’t let me pursue it unless I score atleast 60% in my final year board exams. It was tough for me as my elder brothers were the toppers of the school, I was under a lot of pressure but I never gave up. I knew I have to give everything I have in this fight so that I can pursue my dream. I am happy to tell you that I ended up scoring 78% in my final year exams and I also got in the college I was aiming for. Now I am the topper of my whole batch and I can finally say that this experience taught me so much about how important that never giving up attitude is. Anyone can change their life if they have a fighting spirit like mine.

What Inspires You Every day? : That I have to change the world. Piece by piece, soul by soul I believe one person is enough to bring a significant change to the society we live in. 

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: A person is never defeated unless and untill he gives up. Failure is never the defeat. It’s what you do with that failure, that’s what’s important.
Kindness and empathy is the ultimate key in winning life.

What is your ultimate goal in life? : I want to make my family proud, inspire and teach everyone how important empathy, kindness and humanity is. I want to change the world and make it better for the future generations.

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : Well pandemic was a tough period for me as my productivity went down alot! I became lazy and I started procastinating stuff. Dealing with a creative block is tough. But i think there was a lesson here that we must get out of our comfort zone in order to grow. This year has taught me that.

What is a positive message you would like to give others? : When you light someone else’s candle, the darkness clears off from your path as well. Be kind to others and live for the small moments.

What questions would you like to ask others?:Why do you think people are rude to others and filled with so much hate?
Have you ever felt like starting something new but you were to scared to do it?
Do you think “failure” is frowned upon because of other people’s judgements on the so called “losers”?
