Logan Nagle : shares her interesting story and sends an important message as a leader.

Name
Logan Nagle
Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?
As I am writing this I am 17 years old, i live on the east coast in Maryland, ever since I can remember I have always tried to do things differently I always did things in an unorthodox manner as long as it ment I was making a new path. The reason I do this is because I find it dreadfully bland to be the same as everyone else, lots of people find comfort in it but I don’t. I always have been like this. Its truly interesting, I am very much a black sheep(in a good way) but I’m friends with almost everyone, my background is my story, its who I am!
What are the bad things you see on social media?
For me most of the bad stuff on social media can not actually be found on social media, the worst thing about social media is how it is used, to often people get on and they see pictures of there friends at the beach, they look at there favorite celebrities with 6 pack abs, they see entrepreneurs throwing money around and then they look at themselves, they start to compare, they say oh why do not I have that, then social media becomes a drain and it quite literally sucks the life from them, as wonderful as social media is it is designed to be addictive, the creators of social media prohibit there own children from using it, when we click on to Instagram we must be careful of what we see, when we enter Twitter we must be careful what we read for if we don’t demonstrate self discipline social media will destroy us!
What are the hardships you go through?
In my community i have become what you may call a leader(i wish to stay humble about this) a lot of people look to me and ask me to help and I am more than willing and more than capable to do so, the truly difficult part for me is seeing what they go through, I am so blessed to live the ed life I live and some people my age don’t even have a home, when I see this, when i see how easy my life is compared to those i help I can’t help but ask if I am qualified, shouldn’t the person who helps people understand there hardships? Sometimes I’m not sure
What are your goals in life?
My goals? Well I have a lot of them, my biggest is a promise that I made to myself a while back, I promised myself that when I die, I will do so knowing that I have made the world a better place, I want to leave knowing that I made a difference! I may not know exactly how I’m going to do so but i know I’m going to find a way!
What would you do if you could change the world?
I’m going to rephrase this question “what would you do if you could” implies that it will not happen, it implies that whatever you are trying to do is unattainable. But it’s not, I know exactly what I’m going to do to make the world a better place, in fact I’m already doing it. At my highschool I started a club known as the confidence club. A club that every week is dedicated to helping kids with growing there confidence, a club dedicated to helping kids on there journey to success, it’s small but it’s just the first step, ivs helped a lot of kids and knowing that I’ve made at least one person’s life a little easier makes me feel accomplished!
Are you happy in the position you are now in life?
Oh absolutely, the position I am in right now is absolutely amazing, I have built an environment around myself where I c as n learn literally anything that I want, sign language, business, speaking you name it, however I refuse to plateau. I know that life only gets better from here but that only holds true if I make it better, it’s not up to my freinds, my family, my brothers or sisters to make my life better, that is a privilege and responsibility that only I shouldre!
What questions would you like me to make next for the new interviees coming to the website?
Something I always ask people is “from your current position how do you view the world” this question has returned some if the most interesting and often alarm alarming responses, some are optimistic, some pessimistic some are straight nihilistic in nature. I think that sort of question
