Ke’ale Moana
Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?
My name is Ke’ale. I was born and raised by my grandparents on Oahu. In 2012 I moved to Arizona and lived there for 6 years. I moved back to Hawaii on some spontaneous shit, finished my senior year and graduated.
What are the bad things you see on social media?
I have a love and hate relationship with social media. I love how it allows oneself to feel confident, although I do feel it has caused social anxiety. To the point where people are struggling to have a conversation with others in person and rather talk to them on the web. Along with the fact, some people judge people’s characters and think they know someone just off the things they post, and that would be fallacious assumption.
What are the hardships you go through?
Living on Oahu is the hardship. People surmise that’s I’m living my best life all the time. I do have fun but people that live down here, work hard for it. Especially the people that are from here. Our minimum wage is $10 and that is impossible to make a living out of. All of our goods and items have a shipping tax, we are overpopulated and always have traffic.
What are your goals in life?
My goal in life is to own a business and become a boss. And Do less for the community and more for the environment we live in.
What would you do if you could change the world?
If I could change the world, I’d unite us. The United States don’t even affiliate with the whole world. We can be eating lavishly and kids across the world can’t find a meal and it’s not our problem because they out of our border ?? Crazy ..
Are you happy in the position you are now in life?
I’m happy for waking up everyday, but I am not satisfied, living by each paycheck. I’m not settling it’s all about progression and upgrading.
What questions would you like me to make next for the new interviees coming to the website?
