Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?

My name is Tessa James & I am from Montana. I grew up being put in & out of the system. Til i moved with my grandma, which i stayed with her up until 15. Living with my grandparents was difficult, especially with atleast 8 other grandkids in the house, including my sister. My grandma lives on the Northern Cheyenne reservation along with many other of my family members.

What are the bad things you see on social media?

The negative things I see on socia media now days is celebrity’s fantasizing drugs, alcohol, “lean, etc. which leads to make kids think that it is okay to do these things & that it’s cools when in all reality it is not.

What are the hardships you go through?

The hardships I go through is being very unstable financially. Which is like almost every other person. I’m only 15, I have to babysit my 1 year old niece on the daily & go to high school. I live in a town where I have no family what so ever except my older sister. It gets lonely. I now live with my sister & her baby & her husband. There not much older than me & they act like kids at times. Drugs, & alcohol has always played a part in my life.

What are your goals in life?

My goals in life are too graduate high school & college. Then soon start my own family… one that will stay a family. My main goal though, is too be completely, genuinely, happy. Life is nothing with out happiness.

What would you do if you could change the world?

If I could change the world I would definitely save the oceans, the forests, etc, the earth needs us as much as we need it. We can’t keep killing it.

Are you happy in the position you are now in life?

Currently, I am trying my best to be happy where I am at. I’ll still be praying for better days.
