Tell us a little about you(your background and how was it like)?

I am a mother, trainer, and student. My life is very busy and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Before I had a baby I was competitively boxing and trying to win Golden Gloves again so I could compete at Nationals, but I have yet to do that. As soon as I found out I was pregnant I enrolled into school to start my journey in becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist. I have hope to open my own wellness center one day.

What do you value most from your country?

I value most the economic opportunities. If you have a good product, a strategic way to make a good brand, and a solid network of people then you can make it. Anyone can make it in this country, but it’s incredibly hard. Everyone has what it takes, but not everyone has the network or support. I believe support is everything.

Who influences you to go after your goals?

When I was young it was my high school philosophy teacher. Now it’s my deceased friend, my baby girl, and my self.

What advice can you give a teen about going through hardships?

It will pass and you are not alone. Hold on to anything. You may feel like you’re sinking, but I promise if you just kick your feet you can and least tread water and float. Then eventually you will be able to swim in the ocean of life.

If you and only three wish to change your family or the world’s life what would they be?

I wish to end world hunger. I wish to end war. I wish to end hatred.

Was there a time u helped others out?

I have helped other change their lives through exercise and boxing.

Are you happy in the position you are now in life?

I am happy. Life with a child is incredibly hard, bu equally fulfilling.
