Introduction 

Hi I’m Katie. I’m from Hampshire in the UK, I’m a qualified Nutrition coach and personal trainer and the founder of Sculpted Mamas, helping ladies over 30 achieve their dream bodies and fitness goals!

Wow, you’ve got quite a track record that’s amazing, so what was your inspiration to do all of this?

I was bullied for my weight as a child which led to constantly dieting but without the results I wanted. Once my daughter started school I made the decision to join a gym and stared weight lifting which was a huge game changer for me. It led to training for bikini competing and modeling in California and I wanted to pass my experience on to other ladies as it completely changed my life and confidence.

Anything is possible and you can completely change your life of you put in the effort

What is an ultimate goal in life you would like to achieve?

I’d just love to help as many ladies as possible become more confident, and learn an enjoyable and sustainable way of eating and exercising that will completely change their health and fitness 😊

What is a moment in your life, that was life-changing for you?

Going through multiple operations to remove a cancerous foot tumor last year. It was a huge challenge keeping my fitness up as well as keeping a positive outlook on life. It made me evaluate my health and outlook on life and made me a lot stronger as a person

What do your daily workouts consist of?

I train 6 days a week. 5 days lifting which I do as splits, so legs/glutes,  back/biceps etc. One day cardio and abs and one complete rest day

Hard work!!, last question, what can we expect from you for the rest of 2020?

I’ll be launching two new e-books on my website soon for at home and gym workout’s and adding lots more fitness and nutrition content for my Instagram and Facebook followers. And hopefully some more modeling shoots once I can get back to the US. 😊
